I downloaded this on a whim, and now it’s the only fitness app I actually look forward to opening. The daily “Kaidō Walk” sessions feel like having a quiet local guide: I get posture cues, breathing rhythms, and little cultural nuggets about each prefecture while I’m clocking my steps.
